The Who's Working window allows you to see:
- Which employees are on the clock
- Which employees are on a break
- Which employees are off the clock, but worked earlier today
- Which employees are off the clock, and didn't work today
- Where clocked-in employees are currently working
- Where clocked-in employees have been during the day
With this feature, you can also:
- Clock an employee in and out
- Create an employee timesheet
- Edit and delete an employee timesheet
Notes:
- Employees must have the See Who's Working for entire company permission to see this window. (Employees > Permissions.)
- Employees see only their own GPS points. Managers see the locations of employees they manage. Administrators see all employee locations.

How To Determine an Employee's Current Status
In the example below, row by row, the employee with the:
- Green dot is on the clock
- Orange dot is on a break
- No dot with worked time displayed, is not on the clock but worked earlier today
- No dot and no time displayed, is not on the clock and has not worked today

How To Filter and Sort the List
To filter the list:
Toward the top of Who's Working, under FILTER, click the blue link, then either all employees or on the clock.
To sort the list:
Toward the top of Who's Working, under SORT/GROUP, click the blue link, and select one of the following:
- Clock-in (recent to old)
- Day total (high to low)
- Name (first, last)
- Location (GPS)
- Job code or Customer (a-z)
How To Display by Crew or Group
Toward the top of Who's Working, under SORT/GROUP, click the blue link, and select Show in groups.

How To Clock an Employee In and Out
To clock an employee in:
- At the top of the window, under FILTER, make sure all employees is displayed. If it is not, click the blue "On the clock" link, and select "all employees."
- To the right of the employee's name, click the edit icon (
). The Timesheet Editor displays. - Click Currently working > Save.
To clock an employee out:
- To the right of the employee's name, click the edit icon (
). The Timesheet Editor displays. - Deselect Currently working, and click Save.
How To Create an Employee Timesheet
- From the Who's Working window, select an employee. The Timesheet Editor displays.
- If necessary, adjust the displayed clock-in and clock-out times, and fill in the required fields.
- If the employee is still working, click Currently working > Save.
How To Edit or Delete an Employee Timesheet
Employees who are clocked in or on a break:
- Click an employee's name, and click the edit icon (
). The Timesheet Editor displays. - Edit the information, and click Save.
Employees who are off the clock:
- At the top of the Who's Working window, make sure that FILTER is set to all employees.
- At the right of the name, click the edit icon (
). The Timesheet Editor displays. - Edit the information, and click Save.
