How to Set Company or Team Member Clock-in and Clock-out Reminders

Notes:
  • You must be an account administrator to manage these settings. If not, you can manage your own settings. See: How to Change Your Clock-in and Clock-out Reminders
  • For team members to receive text reminders, the account administrator must install the text messaging add-on. See: How to Install and Uninstall Add-ons
  • If notifications are set to send via both SMS and push, only a push notification will be sent to the team members' mobile devices.
  • If both SMS and push notifications are set by a team members, they will receive both types.

To set reminder times, days, and methods:

For All Team Members

  1. Go to Company Settings.
  2. Click Notifications, make your choices, and click Save.

For Individual Team Members

  1. Go to My Team.
  2. Click a username.
  3. In the Team Member Details window, click Notifications.
  4. Make your choices, and click Save.
