- You must be an account administrator to manage these settings. If not, you can manage your own settings. See: How to Change Your Clock-in and Clock-out Reminders
- For team members to receive text reminders, the account administrator must install the text messaging add-on. See: How to Install and Uninstall Add-ons
- If notifications are set to send via both SMS and push, only a push notification will be sent to the team members' mobile devices.
- If both SMS and push notifications are set by a team members, they will receive both types.
To set reminder times, days, and methods:
For All Team Members
- Go to Company Settings.
- Click Notifications, make your choices, and click Save.
For Individual Team Members
- Go to My Team.
- Click a username.
- In the Team Member Details window, click Notifications.
- Make your choices, and click Save.
