How to Resolve Internet Explorer Issues When Using TSheets

  1. If you are using an outdated version of Internet Explorer® (see: Which internet browsers can I use to access TSheets?), please update it. If you are using an up-to-date version and are still having issues:
  2. Open Internet Explorer. (If you do not see it, on your keyboard, tap Alt.)
  3. Click Tools > Compatibility View Settings.

  4. In the Websites you've added to Compatibility View box, make sure that your TSheets web address (for example, yourcompany.tsheets.com) is not listed
  5. Make sure that Display all websites in Compatibility View is not selected.

  6. Close Internet Explorer, and re-open it.
