How to Reset Your Password on a Computer

If you cannot log in, do one of the following depending on what you see:

  • If Forgot? displays:
  • If I forgot my User ID or password displays:
  1. Click Forgot?.
  2. On the Reset Your Password screen, enter your email address or mobile number, and click Send me a password-reset link.
  3. Open the email or text from TSheets Support, and click Reset your password.
  1. Click I forgot my User ID or password.
  2. On the new screen, enter your phone number, email, or user ID.
  3. Click Continue. Depending on what information you entered, you will either receive an email or text code to reset your password.

If you are already logged in but need to change your password:

  1. Click your name in the top right corner of your TSheets account, then click Profile.
  2. Click Change Password.
  3. Do one of the following depending on what you see:
 
  • If you remain on the same page:
  • If you are taken to a new page:
  1. Enter your current password first, then a new password in the next two fields.
  2. Click Save.
  1. Find Password and click Edit.
  2. Create a new password and type in your current password.
  3. Click Save.
 

How to Reset Your Password on a Mobile Device

If you cannot sign in:

  1. On the sign-in screen, enter your email or user ID and tap CONTINUE.
  2. Do one of the following, depending on what displays:
  • If Forgot Password? displays:
  • If I forgot my User ID or password displays:
  1. Tap Forgot Password?
  2. On the Reset Your Password screen, enter your email address or mobile number, and tap Send me a password-reset link.
  3. Open the email or text from TSheets Support, and click Reset your password.
  1. Tap I forgot my User ID or password.
  2. On the new screen, confirm your email or phone number.
  3. Tap Continue. You will either receive an email or text code to reset your password.


If you are signed in:

  1. In the app at the top left, tap the profile icon.
  2. Next to Password, tap CHANGE.
  3. Do one of the following, depending on what displays on the new screen:
  • If you see Hi, [your name]!:
  • If you see Sign In Help:
  1. Enter your current password and tap NEXT.
  2. Then, create a new password and confirm it.
  3. Tap CHANGE PASSWORD.
  1. Confirm your phone number, email, or user ID.
  2. Tap Continue. You will either receive an email or text code to reset your password.
