Note: You must have the "Manage Password" permission to perform the following steps. If this is not available to you, reach out to your TSheets account administrator. If you cannot log in:
- On your Company's TSheets sign-in page, above the password field, click Forgot?.
- Enter your email address or username and click Reset.
- In the TSheets Password Reset email, click Reset Password button.
- If the button doesn't appear, click the provided link in the email instead.
- You will be taken to a new screen where you can enter a new password. Click Set Password.
Note: An email address must be added on file in your TSheets account. If you do not receive an email with your password, reach out to your TSheets account administrator.If you are already logged in, but need to change your password:
- Click your name in the top right corner of your TSheets account, then click My Profile.
- Click Change Password.
- Enter your current password first, then a new password in the next fields.
- Click Save.
