How to Reset Your Password (Mobile)

  1. If you are signed into TSheets, sign out. (At the top left, tap your initials > Sign out.)
  2. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password.
  3. On the Reset Password screen, enter your email address, and tap Send me a password reset link.
  4. Open the email from TSheets Support, and tap Reset your password.
  5. Enter a new password, and tap Set Password.
Note: An email address must be added on file in your TSheets account. If you do not receive an email to reset your password, reach out to your TSheets account administrator.
