How to Reset Your Password (Mobile)

If you cannot sign in:

  1. On the sign-in screen, enter your email or user ID and tap CONTINUE.
  2. Do one of the following, depending on what displays:
  • If Forgot Password? displays:
  • If I forgot my User ID or password displays:
  1. Tap Forgot Password?
  2. On the Reset Your Password screen, enter your email address or mobile number, and tap Send me a password-reset link.
  3. Open the email or text from TSheets Support, and click Reset your password.
  1. Tap I forgot my User ID or password.
  2. On the new screen, confirm your email or phone number.
  3. Tap Continue. You will either receive an email or text code to reset your password.


If you are signed in:

  1. In the app at the top left, tap the profile icon.
  2. Next to Password, tap CHANGE.
  3. Do one of the following, depending on what displays on the new screen:
  • If you see Hi, [your name]!:
  • If you see Sign In Help:
  1. Enter your current password and tap NEXT.
  2. Then, create a new password and confirm it.
  3. Tap CHANGE PASSWORD.
  1. Confirm your phone number, email, or user ID.
  2. Tap Continue. You will either receive an email or text code to reset your password.
