Notes:

  • Some permissions can be set company-wide from Company Settings. See: About Company Settings.
  • Individual team member permissions are set in Team Member Details (My Team.) See: How to Assign and Update Team Member Settings.
  • Only account administrators can adjust permissions for a team member.
  • When a team member is made a manager in TSheets, they can adjust permissions for their group or crew only.

Notes:

  • Some company settings may determine the defaults shown below.
  • Besides the defaults listed below, additional permissions (see above) can be granted to individual team members.

Defaults:

  • Administrator: All
  • Payroll Manager: View Timesheet Reports for All Team Members and Approve Timesheets for All Team Members
  • Custom: None
  • Team Member: None
