How to Set Up the Integration
All active employees are automatically imported, both hourly and salaried.
You can choose to import 1099 Contractors during your setup preferences, or later in the TSheets ADP RUN Preferences.
If a new employee needs to track time, add them in ADP RUN first, and then import them into TSheets.
Time off accruals:
Time off codes are automatically imported from ADP RUN into TSheets. Before you integrate:
In ADP RUN, verify your time off codes are correct. Go to Company > Earnings and Deductions. Make adjustments if needed.
In TSheets, verify that there are no extra or unnecessary time off codes. Go to Feature Add-ons > Time Off Codes. Make adjustments if needed.
ADP RUN specific pay frequencies will be selectable within the TSheets Approvals Report as you export time.
If you are using multiple payroll frequencies in RUN, you must configure the TSheets payroll schedule to match the one used by the majority of your employees if you use the submit time functionality or other reminders based on pay periods.
