If I Use TSheets, Am I HIPAA-Compliant?

To be HIPAA-compliant, TSheets users must not include any protected health information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA.

Please make sure that users do not include any PHI anywhere within TSheets, such as:

  • Notes
  • Job or customer information
  • Custom fields

TSheets is focused on your company's success, but HIPAA compliance is your responsibility. To ensure that your business is HIPAA-compliant, we recommend that you consult a HIPAA expert.
