Administrators use the Employee List window to:

To access Employee List, go to Employees.

Employee list displays employee:

  • Username
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Last activity
  • Group to which they are assigned
  • Whether or not they are an account administrator

To edit employee settings, from Employee List, click an employee name. The Employee Editor window displays.
To archive an employee, from the Employee List, click the archive button ().
