How To Create a Copy of the Previous Week's Shifts

Notes: When copying a week:

  • Repeating shifts will not be included in the copy.
  • Unassigned shifts will be included.
  • If filters are applied to the schedule, only the displayed shifts are included in the copy. (For instance, if you've filtered the schedule to show only 5 out of 15 team members, the remaining 10 team members' shifts will not be included in the copy.)

  1. Go to Schedule.
  2. On the calendar, select Full > Week.
  3. In the top left corner, click Actions > Copy Previous Week.
  4. If needed, make any adjustments, and click Save as Draft or Publish.
