How to Compare Hours Scheduled to Hours Worked

Notes:

  • This report is available after you have Installed TSheets Schedule
  • Only administrators, managers, and team members granted the "View timesheet reports for all team members" permission can view this report. 
 

To run the report:

  1. Go to Reports Schedule Reports > Scheduled vs. Worked.
  2. Select team members to be included in the report:
    • To include all team members, leave GROUPS/TEAM MEMBERS set to all team members.
    • To select individual team members or groups, click all team members, make your selections, and click OK.
  3. Select a date range, and click Run Report.
  4. Next to VIEW BY, select Team Member or Job/Customer.
  5. Optional for team member report: Select Hide team members with zero hours and/or Hide archived team members.

To sort by column:

  • Click the blue column heading once to sort in ascending order (smallest to largest, A-Z).
  • Click it a second time to sort in descending order (largest to smallest, Z-A).
