Android and iPhone

  1. Tap the TSheets icon.
  2. If needed, sign in.
  3. Tap Select Job or Select Customer.
  4. Select from the list. The Time Clock window displays. 
    • You can favorite your most used jobs by tapping the star icon to the right of the job while in the "Select a Job" list. Then, tap Favorites (#) to access them quickly.

    • As long as addresses are associated with a job, jobs near your current location will appear under NEARBY at the top of the "Select a Job" list. Note: If it is not enabled already, you will be prompted to enable location services on your device to use this feature.
  5. If needed, tap and enter any other required fields, like Notes
  6. Tap Clock In. Your timer will begin to count. 
  7. At any point during the day, if you need to switch to a different job or customer, tap Switch.
  8. Tap the currently displayed job or customer, select a new one from the list, and at the top right, click SAVE.
  9. When you have finished working, tap Clock Out.

Other Smartphone (TSheets Touch)

  1. Open a web browser on your smart phone.
  2. If needed, sign in.
  3. On Time Clock, do one of the following:
    • From the list, tap a job or customer. The task time clock begins tracking your time.
    • If there are no jobs or customers listed, tap Clock In.
  4. At any point during the day, if you want to switch to a different job or customer, just select it from the list.
  5. When you have finished working, on Time Clock, tap Clock Out.
