Select from the list. The Time Clock window displays.
You can favorite your most used jobs by tapping the star icon to the right of the job while in the "Select a Job" list. Then, tap Favorites (#) to access them quickly.
As long as addresses are associated with a job, jobs near your current location will appear under NEARBY at the top of the "Select a Job" list. Note: If it is not enabled already, you will be prompted to enable location services on your device to use this feature.
If needed, tap and enter any other required fields, like Notes.
Tap Clock In. Your timer will begin to count.
At any point during the day, if you need to switch to a different job or customer, tap Switch.
Tap the currently displayed job or customer, select a new one from the list, and at the top right, click SAVE.
Before clocking in for the first time, register your phone:
Obtain your username and team or company TSheets URL from your administrator.
Dial your company’s assigned 10-digit phone number.
Text t register [your username] [your password] [your team or company TSheets URL]. For example: t register wonderwoman goldenlasso superheroes.tsheets.com.
To unregister, text t unregister.

The options below that include @ are only available if your administrator has granted you the Manage My Timesheets permission.
The shortcodes mentioned below are created by your team or company administrator.
If your team or company uses advanced tracking fields (such as for fuel expenses or mileage), the commands below are the same, however after entering the job or customer shortcode, you must include either a line break (return) or a period padded by a space on both sides. (For example, t in cm . lassocriminals . billable)
To clock yourself in:

Clock in by doing one of the following:
To text in: t in.
To text in with a job or customer: t in shortcode. (For example, t in cm)
To text in with a custom field: t in shortcode, add a space, add a period (.), add a space, advancedtrackingfield. (For example, t in cm . crime fighting)
t in @ time. (For example, t in @ 0800)
To switch job or customer:
Dial your company’s assigned 10-digit phone number.
Switch by doing one of the following:
To switch job or customer: t switch newshortcode (For example, t switch cc)
To switch with a custom field: t switch newshortcode, add a space, add a period (.), add a space, advancedtrackingfield. (For example, t in cc . capedcrusading)
To switch at a certain time: t switch newshortcode @time (For example, t switch cc 1200)
To clock yourself out:
Dial your company’s assigned 10-digit phone number.
Clock out by doing one of the following:
Text t out.
Text t out, add a space, and enter the job or customer shortcode. (For example, t out cm)
Text t out, add a space @ add a space, and enter a time. (For example, t out @ 1700)
Text t out, add a space, enter the job or customer shortcode, add a space @ add a space, and enter a time. (For example, t out cm @ 1700)
To add notes, enter t notes, add a space, and enter the notes.
To check your status, text t status.
Dial-in
To clock in:
Dial your company’s assigned 10-digit phone number.
Follow the sign-in prompts.
Press 1.
Follow the prompts to add your job code.
To switch job codes:
Having clocked in on a previous call, dial your company’s assigned 10-digit phone number.
Follow the sign-in prompts.
Press 1.
Follow the prompts to select a new job code.
To clock out:
Dial your company’s assigned 10-digit phone number.
