How to Change Your Payment Method

Only an administrator can update payment information. To do so, follow these steps: 

  1. Under Company Settings Account & Billing > Account
  2. Next to Payment method, click (change).
  3. On the Payment Method page, verify that your company address matches your credit card's address, then click either Card or PayPal 
    • If you clicked PayPal, log in, verify your ATM/Debit card number, and click Place Order.
    • If you clicked Card, do one of the following:
      • To add a card you've used before, choose from the list of existing cards on file, and click Place Order.
      • To add a new card, click Choose another way to pay, fill out the required information, and click Place Order.
  4. On the Order Confirmation page, click Done
