- If you are using an outdated version of Internet Explorer® (see: Which internet browsers can I use to access TSheets?, please update it. If you are using an up-to-date version and are still having issues:
- Open Internet Explorer. (If you do not see it, on your keyboard, tap Alt.)
- Click Tools › Compatibility View Settings.
- In the Websites you've added to Compatibility View box, make sure that your TSheets web address (for example, yourcompany.tsheets.com) is not listed
- Make sure that Display all websites in Compatibility View is not selected.
- Close Internet Explorer, and re-open it.
