How much will my account cost?

The only charge for a TSheets account is a monthly subscription fee, which varies based on the number of users on your account. (Note: A user is anyone on your account, whether they are an administrator or an employee.) We offer three types of accounts:

U.S. Pricing (USD)

When prepaid annually:

Note: Add scheduling for an additional $1/user/month.

  • Freelance: $8/month: Allows a single user access to TSheets (including scheduling at no additional cost).
  • Business: $16/month, plus $4 per user, per month, up to 100 users.
  • Platinum: $80/month, plus $4 per user, per month, unlimited number of users.

When paid monthly:

Note: Add scheduling for an additional $1.25/user/month.

  • Freelance: $10/month: Allows a single user access to TSheets (including scheduling at no additional cost).
  • Business: $20/month, plus $5 per user, per month, up to 100 users.
  • Platinum: $100/month, plus $5 per user, per month, unlimited number of users.
