How much will my account cost?

The only charge for a TSheets account is a monthly subscription fee, which varies based on the number of users on your account. (Note: A user is anyone on your account, whether they are an administrator or an employee.) We offer three types of accounts.

U.S. Pricing (USD)

When prepaid annually:

Note: Add scheduling for an additional $1 per month, per user.

Number of users:

  • 1: Free! Allows a single user access to TSheets (including scheduling at no additional cost)
  • 2-99: $16 per month base fee, plus $4 per month, per user
  • 100+: $80 per month base fee, plus $4 per month, per user

When paid monthly:

Note: Add scheduling for an additional $1.25 per month, per user.

Number of users:

  • 1: Free! Allows a single user access to TSheets (including scheduling at no additional cost)
  • 2-99: $20 per month base fee, plus $5 per month, per user
  • 100+: $100 per month base fee, plus $5 per month, per user
